1. Portable Hoist with Vacuum Lift Tooling

The FOB & ROB portable hoist features vacuum lift tooling for manual lifting of box body panels from the customer cart and positioning them for installation.

2. Two-Operator Operations

Our manual lift assist solution is based on a two-operator system. One operator positions the lift equipment with suspended vacuum assist at floor level to capture the box body panel, while the second operator manually positions and installs the panel in coordination with the floor level operator.

  • Portable Manually Operated 660 Lb. Load Capacity Vertical Lift
  • 2-pad vacuum lifter (1,100 Lb. vertical capacity) with hand controls and vacuum circuit
  • Pneumatic hose reel for air supply to the vacuum gripper

4. Safety and Certification

Our lift meets all applicable ASL HFL Project and Safety specifications, including PE Certification and load testing with a 4:1 safety factor. It adheres to standard ASME below the hook safety ratings for suspended load and vacuum part holding equipment.
